These prices include local VAT and all other taxes, as well as electricity, central heating and final cleaning. We expect, however, our guests to leave the house swept clean.

Deposit on booking: 30% of the total rental. Balance to be paid 14 days before arrival.
We accept any freely convertible currency. Currency conversion charges are payable by the guest. If you prefer to pay by cheque: our bank charges us € 15 for cashing a cheque. Please include conversion and cheque charges in your payment. The simplest method of payment is by bank transfer or by PayPal.
The normal rental period is by the week, from Saturday 17.00 hours to Saturday 10.00 hours.
Other arrival or departure dates are possible on request.
